We built a complete digital solution for the restaurant brand to transform both customer experience and internal operations. The project includes a responsive public website along with multiple integrated management modules such as Inventory Control, Billing & Bill Management, and Order System Automation — making it a full-fledged restaurant operation platform.
One of the key features implemented is QR-based ordering, where customers can directly scan a code, view the menu, and place orders instantly from their devices — eliminating traditional wait times and improving service speed. The system also includes an optimized Bill Management module that generates and manages customer bills efficiently while supporting faster checkout and record tracking.
To support the kitchen and business management, we developed a real-time Inventory Management dashboard that tracks ingredient stock, updates quantities, and synchronizes with menu requirements — helping reduce waste, prevent shortages, and enhance operational coordination.
We also strengthened the restaurant’s marketing strategy and online presence using a variety of digital tools. This included improving online discoverability, optimizing business listings, enhancing social media engagement, and building a consistent brand identity across digital platforms.
